This is one of my early Strobist shots. I didn't have an umbrella or anything, so I just used paper taped to the flash.
Elea developed this roll per my instructions. I figured that her hands fit into the gloves in ways that mine don't (I have huge hands) and it was mostly a matter of telling her to use my technique.
